Hard tail bikes are lighter and stiffer than the suspension bicycles. Rigid frames to ensure that their energy is transferred to the track. These bikes are built for speed, and be so rigid they are strong and powerful in the front suspension for better steering control. They are ideal for horseback riding in the woods and trails smoother.

Full suspension mountain bike

These bikes have front and rear suspension, making them ideal for rocky trails and descents.

Full suspension bikes are available with varying amounts of travel. Travel is a term for the distance of the suspension moves.
